Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in environmental consulting.
- Experience in a leadership role such as Market Leader, Practice Leader, or similar.
- Professional licensure or registration as applicable.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary environmental teams.
- Advanced business, leadership, or management training.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the division’s strategic vision and growth plan.
- Lead client development across key markets and manage senior relationships.
- Oversee financial performance, contracts, and project profitability.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team and recruit talent.
