Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Complex Environmental Manager in Las Vegas, NV to provide strategic environmental leadership, lead a site environmental team, and ensure compliance with EMS and regulatory requirements. The role supports three plants and reports to the Complex Plant Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental regulations, project leadership, and risk management, with a commitment to safety and sustainability across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, or related technical field.
• Strong communication, analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction to achieve the environmental vision.
• Lead and develop the site environmental team.
• Ensure EMS alignment with GP expectations and standards.
• Identify and manage environmental risks and priorities.
• Drive site environmental programs to be more effective and verifiable.
• Oversee permits and programs including Air Permitting, Stormwater, Wastewater, SPCC, and EPCRA.
