Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 5-7+ years in account management or business development with regional travel.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and developing staff.
• Knowledge of wastewater, biosolids, organics recycling, composting.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and support business growth.
