This consultative sales role focuses on expanding existing accounts, building long-term partnerships, and helping clients navigate complex environmental compliance needs. You’ll own client relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver solutions that drive real impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in environmental services or related industry with sales.
• Proven track record selling to healthcare, life sciences, education or industrial sectors.
• Strong communication, organization and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a book of business by building client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Drive revenue by selling environmental waste management and related services to clients.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams and coordinate services.
• Identify and develop new opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Lead the sales process from qualification through proposal development with consultative methods.
• Support client compliance needs with tailored solutions.
• Ensure smooth financial operations by securing purchase orders and assisting with invoicing.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to inform strategy.
• Support service recovery by resolving issues and improving processes.
• Deliver high-quality customer experience, including client entertainment as needed.
