• Ownership mindset across the full account lifecycle from deployment to growth.
• Consultative approach focusing on a focused book of business.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle from deployment kickoff through go-live, ongoing operations, and renewal.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise accounts with security leadership and IT teams.
• Lead deployment planning: data onboarding, integration validation, stakeholder alignment, go-live readiness.
• Help customers operationalize vulnerability management workflows and remediation prioritization.
• Navigate cloud and on-prem environments and understand tool integrations feeding our platform.
• Identify and drive ARR expansion opportunities within your book of business.
• Translate feedback into product improvements with Product and Engineering.
• Build repeatable deployment playbooks and onboarding frameworks for faster value.
