Job summary

Acuity Inc. is seeking a Talent Management Partner to design, execute, and improve enterprise talent processes across HR, business leaders, and global stakeholders. You will enable consistent, practical, and data-informed talent practices to develop talent and support career growth.

The role focuses on performance management, talent reviews, succession, internal mobility, and engagement initiatives, with flexibility to work from home and onsite as needed in Atlanta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Education, or related field with 5–7 years of talent management experience.
• Strong enterprise talent practice knowledge: reviews, succession, performance, development, internal mobility, leadership readiness.
• Ability to manage complex work, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytics and systems fluency with talent data, dashboards, HR platforms, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise talent processes.
• Partner with HR, business leaders, Talent Acquisition, L&D, HR Technology, Analytics, and global stakeholders.
• Develop tools, templates, dashboards, and leader-facing resources for talent practices.
• Coordinate annual and cyclical talent activities, timelines, inputs, and follow-ups.
• Analyze talent, performance, succession, mobility, and engagement data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Facilitate talent reviews, calibration, succession, engagement, and development planning discussions.
• Support program adoption, change communications, and data governance across talent programs.
