Job summary

Acuity Inc. is seeking a Human Resource Generalist/Manager to partner with leaders across Electronics, Pricing & Strategy. The HRM will guide talent strategies, organizational design, and coaching, aligning people practices with business priorities to drive performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in a business partner or HR manager role
• Experience coaching and partnering with people managers
• Proficiency in HR data, programs, and HRIS technologies

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Director to align talent strategies and org design
• Coach leaders across HR programs, including performance, relations, and development
• Support onboarding, engagement, and sensitive employee situations
• Ensure consistent HR policies and processes across functions
• Deliver enterprise HR programs and provide feedback to COEs
• Maintain HR data integrity and assist workforce planning
