Job summary

Acuity Inc. is seeking an HRBP Manager to partner with Operations and Sourcing across six distribution facilities, translating business priorities into talent actions and workforce planning.

This role focuses on building capability, leadership effectiveness, and strong employee relations to enable growth. This onsite role is based in Conyers, GA or Dallas, TX with limited hybrid flexibility, 30%+ travel, and collaboration with HR Directors and Centers of Excellence to deliver measurable business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience in a business partner, HR manager, or similar strategic HR role.
• Demonstrated experience coaching and influencing leaders across diverse people issues.
• Strong business/financial acumen connecting talent decisions to organizational performance.
• Experience in employee relations, performance management, and delivery of core HR programs.
• Experience supporting workforce planning, organizational design, and capability-building.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel 30-40% including internationally (Mexico & Canada).
• Multisite manufacturing and/or distribution experience; union awareness a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Directors and business leaders to align talent priorities with business goals.
• Coach leaders on performance, employee relations, and organizational changes across front-line teams.
• Advise on onboarding, development, engagement, and complex associate matters.
• Translate enterprise HR programs into practical, business-relevant solutions.
• Support workforce planning, role design, and organizational changes.
• Lead change initiatives with planning, communication, and leader enablement.
• Act as connector between managers and HR Centers of Excellence and provide feedback.
• Lead talent initiatives including succession, development, and leadership effectiveness.
• Use data and insights to identify trends, assess risk, and improve HR processes.
• Drive simplification and use of HR technology to improve experiences.
