Job summary

Acuity Inc. in Midtown Atlanta is seeking a senior HR leader to drive enterprise-wide HR priorities, aligning HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners and HR Operations to translate strategy into measurable business outcomes and visible performance improvements.

The role reports to the Global Head of HR and leads strategic planning, governance, executive communications, talent reviews, and HR transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 8+ years in HR, business ops, strategy or related field.
• Experience supporting senior leaders or corporate functions.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and priorities.
• Ability to travel approximately 20%.
• Ability to work from Midtown Atlanta office at least three days a week.
• Strong confidentiality and execution discipline.
• Experience preparing executive presentations and leadership materials.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Global Head of HR to plan, prioritize, and execute HR priorities.
• Develop data-driven insights and dashboards to track trends and progress.
• Translate data into clear executive narratives showing business impact and priorities.
• Create strategic presentations and board materials for senior leaders.
• Coordinate HR Leadership Team operating rhythm: meetings, reviews, and governance.
• Support meeting prep, action items, decisions, and follow-up.
• Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and issues for leadership attention.
• Coordinate cross-functional activity across HR Centers of Excellence and corporate functions.
• Support enterprise reviews and organizational planning activities involving HR.
• Coordinate HR communications for consistency and alignment across the organization.
• Manage special projects and executive requests for the Global Head of HR.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR governance and leadership effectiveness.
