Job summary

First Tech Federal Credit Union is seeking a Senior Director, Talent Acquisition to guide recruiting operations, advise executive leadership, and strengthen systems and pipelines for organizational growth. This onsite role is based in Marlborough, MA or Hillsboro, OR with a target compensation range of $164,000 to $197,000.

You will lead a high-performing Acquisition team, establish governance, and leverage analytics to drive workforce outcomes and improve candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including leadership of enterprise-wide recruiting strategies.
• 4+ years of people leadership experience managing recruiting teams.
• Professional Human Resources certification (SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent) preferred.
• Experience developing and executing enterprise talent strategies that align workforce capabilities with long-term business objectives.
• Ability to leverage talent intelligence, analytics, and market insights for executive decision-making, workforce planning, and talent risk mitigation.
• Experience partnering with executive leaders to drive transformation and strengthen leadership pipelines.
• Demonstrated ability to advance a modern talent acquisition ecosystem through AI-enabled recruiting and world-class candidate experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a forward-looking enterprise talent acquisition strategy aligned to organizational growth and business priorities.
• Advise executive leadership on workforce trends, risks, and hiring strategies.
• Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team to improve innovation, accountability, and efficiency.
• Establish enterprise recruiting standards, governance, and best practices to enhance quality and candidate experience.
• Use data analytics to drive strategic decisions and workforce outcomes.
• Monitor and report metrics like time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
• Own headcount planning and hiring prioritization informed by labor market intelligence.
• Oversee executive and critical-position searches to access diverse, high-caliber talent.
• Build strategic talent networks and partnerships to strengthen pipelines.
