First Tech in Marlboro, MA is seeking a talent acquisition professional to source, screen, and hire for a range of exempt, nonexempt, and temporary roles.

You will work with hiring managers, craft engaging postings, coordinate offers, and manage onboarding, while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. This role requires 2–4 years of recruiting experience and a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), with strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of related experience.
• 2–4 years of relevant recruiting experience.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting in a large organization.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office and ATS (Jobvite).
• PHR or similar certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and advise on recruiting best practices.
• Craft engaging job postings and manage sourcing across channels.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for various roles.
• Coordinate offers, preemployment screenings, and required compliance documentation.
• Maintain the applicant tracking system and documentation.
• Lead onboarding for internal and external hires.
• Analyze recruitment data and labor market trends.
• Develop recruitment advertising and employer branding initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR to support broader workforce initiatives.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed.
