Job summary

SoftClouds in San Diego, CA is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to support strategic enterprise sales across North America. The role blends business discovery, solution shaping, executive storytelling, and demonstrations across Oracle CX, Oracle EPM, Salesforce, and more.

You will work with client executives and technical teams, translating business problems into compelling value stories, leading discovery sessions, and coordinating with SMEs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise applications, CRM, CX, EPM, or related areas.
• 5+ years of customer-facing consulting or pre-sales with NA enterprise customers.
• Strong experience with at least one major enterprise platform (Oracle CX, Salesforce, EPM/Hyperion, ServiceNow, Power Platform).
• Excellent business acumen, discovery skills, and consultative solution-selling ability.
• Strong executive presence, presentation, storytelling, and demonstration skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English, with clear and effective communication for North American customers.
• Ability to engage with both business and technology stakeholders and handle unscripted questions.
• Willingness to travel for meetings, workshops, conferences, and strategic pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to understand business challenges, processes, priorities, technology landscape, and desired outcomes.
• Translate business requirements into solution concepts, business-process flows, architectures, and value propositions.
• Develop and deliver customer-specific solution decks, demonstrations, executive briefings, and 'Day in the Life' stories.
• Configure and demonstrate solutions within your areas of expertise, while orchestrating SoftClouds SMEs for specialized capabilities.
• Connect technology capabilities to measurable business outcomes and present effectively to both business and technology stakeholders.
• Support RFPs/RFIs, proposals, workshops, proof-of-concepts, and strategic sales pursuits.
• Help transition successful pursuits from pre-sales into delivery.
