Job summary

Myriad360 is seeking a Senior Client Solutions Architect based in the United States, preferably in Southern California. You will own the solution architecture end-to-end from discovery through deal progression, guiding clients with a consultative approach and mentoring CSAs and engineers across the organization.

You will collaborate with Account Executives, Practice Directors, and Principal Architects to deliver scalable solutions aligned with client goals, while serving as a trusted advisor

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting.
• Advanced consultative discovery skills guiding client decision-making.
• Broad technical proficiency across at least two core practice areas.
• Ability to independently manage complex technical sales cycles.
• Relevant OEM certifications are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead sophisticated, multi-practice discovery sessions focused on business outcomes.
• Own solution architecture and technical strategy for medium to large opportunities.
• Identify cross-practice opportunities spanning networking, data center, cloud, security, and platform engineering.
• Drive cohesive architectures and execution pathways across practices.
• Partner with Account Executives to influence deal strategy, qualification, and positioning.
• Validate solution designs, BOMs, and SOWs with Practice Directors and Principal Architects.
• Mentor CSAs and engineers in best practices for solution design and consultative selling.
