Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in solution architecture, pre‑sales engineering, or technical consulting.
• Demonstrated success in designing and selling comprehensive, multi-domain enterprise solutions.
• Advanced consultative discovery skills with a proven ability to guide client decision‑making processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead sophisticated, multi-practice discovery sessions centered on achieving business outcomes.
• Assume full ownership of solution architecture and technical strategy for opportunities.
• Mentor CSAs and engineers in best practices for solution design.
