Job summary

As a Customer Architect, you will be the technical leader for large enterprise accounts, guiding solution design across product configuration, integrations, and operational workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Enterprise SaaS or a closely related technical customer-facing role.
• Experience partnering with enterprise customers on complex deployments and integrations.
• Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, APIs, integrations, and data flows.
• Ability to diagnose and solve technical and operational challenges at scale.
• Excellent communication with executive and technical audiences.
• AI fluency and applying AI to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical advisor for complex customer environments, maximizing business outcomes.
• Design scalable solutions involving product configuration, integrations, data flows, and workflows.
• Lead technical strategy discussions with IT, Finance, Operations, and executive stakeholders.
• Develop reusable playbooks, best practices, and solution patterns for enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve readiness, adoption, and roadmaps.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to enhance customer outcomes.
