IDEXX Laboratories is seeking an Enterprise Software Account Manager to support Corporate Veterinary Groups from a virtual US-based role. You will guide software adoption, strategic planning, and growth initiatives, building trusted relationships with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams across IDEXX and customer organizations.

You’ll partner with enterprise leadership to deliver business programs that align with corporate and customer goals, coordinating large-scale rollouts, pricing

Qualificações

• 5–7 years in strategic, enterprise, or key account management sales.
• Software or SaaS sales experience preferred.
• Track record building and growing strategic customer relationships and business plans.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned corporate and strategic accounts.
• Act as trusted advisor to develop and grow an assigned group of accounts.
• Develop partnerships across the C-suite and with software decision-makers.
• Partner with customers to create programs that grow economic goals for IDEXX and the customer.
• Coordinate with Enterprise Software leadership to meet customer needs and build a loyal software partnership.
• Lead periodic business reviews with the Associate Director and manage expectations.
