Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Senior Manager in Enterprise Security Architecture to lead strategic security engagements and shape enterprise security strategy for major clients. You will collaborate with CISOs, CIOs, and Boards, translating complex security concepts into actionable guidance while driving growth of EY’s security practice through proposals and client initiatives.

This role offers the opportunity to mentor teams, develop service offerings, and contribute to EY’s market leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree and 7+ years.
• Experience leading enterprise security architecture strategy, future-state design, and governance.
• Knowledge of NIST CSF, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls, and SABSA.
• Proven track record in client-facing engagements and business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex security architecture engagements across multiple industries with executive stakeholders.
• Drive Zero Trust programs, cloud security initiatives, and security governance engagements.
• Develop proposals, shape client presentations, and grow EY’s security service offerings.
• Mentor and develop Managers, Senior Consultants, and Consultants.
