Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Enterprise Security Architecture to lead strategic client engagements, shape security strategy at an enterprise scale, and mentor a growing team of security professionals.

You will partner with CISOs, CIOs and senior leadership to translate complex architecture concepts into actionable guidance, drive Zero Trust and cloud security programs, and deliver high‑quality work within budget and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or graduate degree with 7+ years.
• Experience in enterprise security architecture strategy, assessment, and future‑state design; network security; cloud security; IAM; application security; data protection; governance.
• Knowledge of NIST CSF, NIST 800‑53, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls, SABSA.
• Proven track record leading client‑facing security engagements and driving delivery outcomes.
• Willingness to travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee complex security architecture engagements across industries, ensuring engagement quality and client satisfaction.
• Lead architecture assessments, Zero Trust transformations, cloud security initiatives, and governance engagements with strategic depth.
• Engage with executive stakeholders (CISOs, CIOs, Chief Architects, Boards) to frame challenges and present findings and recommendations.
• Drive business development: identify opportunities, shape proposals, lead client presentations, and expand existing accounts.
