Job summary

One Inc is seeking a Sales Director, Life to drive net-new logos and revenue growth within Life/InsurTech markets for our Digital Payments Platform. You will own territory plans, identify whitespace, build executive relationships, and lead complex enterprise cycles from prospecting to close.

You will engage CIOs, COOs, CFOs, and VP level leaders, translating tech capabilities into business outcomes while collaborating with marketing, customer success, and partners.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of the Life and broader insurance ecosystem.
• Proven hunter mentality with a track record of generating net-new pipeline and acquiring new logos.
• Experience selling to insurance carriers within Life or InsurTech sectors.
• Direct experience managing enterprise software, SaaS, payments, or technology sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive territory plans focused on whitespace identification and net-new business acquisition.
• Create and advance a qualified sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, account development and industry engagement.
• Establish and grow executive-level relationships with Life and InsurTech carrier organizations.
• Engage senior stakeholders throughout the sales cycle, from discovery to close.
• Lead complex enterprise opportunities from prospecting through contract negotiation.
• Conduct strategic discovery sessions to identify challenges and modernization priorities.
• Develop account strategies, mutual action plans, and executive business cases to accelerate opportunities.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM records.
