[Unknown] is seeking a Senior Director to lead and scale its North American insurance sales function. This player-coach role combines strategic leadership with hands-on win-rate involvement for Tier 1 and Tier 2 insurance carriers.

You will oversee a team of Enterprise Account Executives and drive growth through high-value SaaS or data platform deals, leveraging deep industry relationships across North America.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading enterprise software sales teams.
• Deep understanding of the US carrier landscape and complex enterprise buying processes.
• Strong track record selling high-value SaaS or data platforms into Tier 1 insurance organisations.
• Experience leading long, consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Hands-on leadership with coaching capabilities.
• Strong relationships across the North American insurance market advantageous.
• Experience selling AI, analytics, data platforms, fraud or financial crime into insurers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the North American insurance go-to-market strategy.
• Drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth across Tier 1 and Tier 2 insurance carriers.
• Lead, coach and mentor a team of Enterprise Account Executives.
• Act as a true player-coach by supporting and participating in strategic enterprise sales opportunities.
• Build executive relationships with key stakeholders across the insurance ecosystem.
• Work cross-functionally with leadership, marketing, product and customer teams to accelerate growth.
