Job summary

Bluecrux seeks an Implementation Manager to lead Binocs implementations for life sciences clients in a hybrid US work model from our Millburn, NJ office. You will guide workshops, design configurations, and manage end-to-end projects across LIMS, ERP, and QMS integrations.

You will train customer teams, ensure smooth adoption, and drive continuous improvement in delivery methods, while building strong client relationships and delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years delivering complex supply chain software implementations.
• Hands-on solution delivery: translate requirements into practical system designs.
• Data and integration fluency with systems such as LIMS, ERP or QMS.
• Project and client leadership managing timelines, risks, and stakeholders.
• Operational understanding of workflows in laboratories or life sciences.
• Change and adoption: train customer teams and ensure smooth handoff.
• Engineering or related degree; fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations, meeting milestones on time and budget.
• Analyze business processes and data flows to tailor Binocs configurations.
• Lead workshops and align cross-functional stakeholders on objectives.
• Design and configure Binocs solutions with the Solution Team.
• Develop testing strategies for high-quality deployments.
• Drive change management and customer adoption post-implementation.
• Capture lessons learned to improve implementation methodologies.
