Job summary

S&T Bank is seeking an experienced risk management professional to lead and mature its Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) programs. The role focuses on governance, policy oversight, and cross-functional coordination with internal audit and regulators.

The candidate will support strategic planning from a risk perspective, coordinate ERM materials for board oversight, and drive the advancement of risk-management practices across risk programs, ensuring regulatory alignment and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• ERM program design, implementation and governance experience.
• Ability to challenge and enhance risk management methodologies.
• Experience coordinating materials for ERM updates and board reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design, implementation, and ongoing maturity of Enterprise Risk Management Programs.
• Review and enhance risk management methodologies for consistency with ERM framework.
• Coordinate and review ERM and Board Risk Committee materials.
• Support risk perspectives in strategic planning and PMO processes.
• Oversee risk management projects and regulatory alignment.
• Advance knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee development of tools to analyze, monitor, and report risk within the ERM framework.
• Assist in preparing quarterly ERM reports to the Risk Committee.
