Job summary

S&T Bank is seeking an skilled risk management professional to lead the Enterprise Risk Management program and governance. You will coordinate ERM policies, board materials, and risk reporting while supporting regulatory exams and CAPM processes.

The role requires a four-year degree and deep knowledge of risk frameworks, with advancement opportunities in a large banking environment. Expect collaboration across Risk Management and PMO teams.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year degree or equivalent.
• Finance/Business, Risk Management, or related area.
• Risk Management or related certification, if not already obtained, must be completed in 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Manage design, implementation, and maturity of Enterprise Risk Management Programs.
• Review and enhance risk management methodologies for consistency with framework.
• Coordinate and review ERM materials for CRO and Board Risk Committee.
• Support risk reporting and governance across risk programs and PMO processes.
• Oversee CIM program end-to-end, including system development and reporting.
• Administer Policy Framework updates and ensure approvals are obtained.
• Define and oversee Regulatory Change Management and related risk assessments.
• Lead enterprise-wide risk training and provide insights to executives.
