Job summary

Stratos Wealth Enterprises is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to serve as a strategic partner to advisory firms where Stratos holds ownership. You will manage complex relationships, own retention, expansion, and operating performance across a portfolio of high-value firms, engaging founders and senior leaders to drive multi-year plans into measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Ten to fifteen+ years of senior wealth-management client coverage.
• Proven track record with founders, owners, and executive teams.
• FINRA Series 65 or 66 registration required.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Own executive-level relationships for strategic, enterprise accounts.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Stratos and SEI resources.
• Develop and execute growth strategies, retain and expand value.
• Oversee integrations, transformations, and scaling initiatives.
