Job summary

SEI is seeking a remote Practice Management Consultant to drive organic growth strategies for independent advisory firms and to serve as the dedicated liaison for Stratos Wealth Partners. You will deliver coaching, workshops, and tools, collaborating with SEI’s Practice Management team to provide integrated, strategic support.

Travel up to 25% is expected to support Stratos advisors and leadership meetings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years helping financial advisors grow their businesses through consulting, coaching, practice management, marketing, business development, or leadership within advisory firms.
• Deep expertise in organic growth strategies for advisory firms, including business planning, ideal client persona development, value proposition and messaging, referral strategy, and marketing.
• Strong understanding of the independent advisor and RIA landscape and the drivers of sustainable, profitable growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation, coaching, and education to independent advisory practices on growth-focused practice management topics.
• Serve as SEI's subject matter expert on organic growth for advisory firms, developing viewpoints, frameworks, and best practices.
• Conduct business audit reviews and growth assessments with actionable recommendations.
• Leverage SEI's growth-focused content including presentations, workshops, and training sessions.
• Work with Practice Management teams to deliver holistic, integrated advice to advisors.
• Contribute articles, webinars, podcasts, and other educational content on organic growth for advisory firms.
