Job summary

Vallen is seeking a Sr Project Manager to drive enterprise-wide initiatives that cross IT, Operations, Logistics, Finance and more. You will ensure projects finish on time, within budget, and meet stakeholder expectations, acting as a liaison across multiple teams and external clients.

You will develop project plans, manage scope and milestones, facilitate change management, and lead testing and go-live activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Finance, etc., with 3–5+ years of project management experience.
• Accredited Project Management certifications and/or related credentials preferred.
• Change Management certification preferred.
• Expertise with Microsoft Project or functionally similar project management tool(s).
• Proficiency with MS-Office products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and Visio; ability to learn company programs.
• Knowledge of ISO standards.
• Strong ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence others.
• Demonstrate planning, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Facilitation skills, Smartsheet, Presentation Skills, Process Mapping Skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with stakeholders to identify project needs, define scope, timeline and resources.
• Organizes and leads enterprise-wide projects; prepares and manages project plans and sub-plans.
• Tracks progress against milestones and budget; reports on quality, reliability, schedule and cost.
• Prepares and delivers progress reports to senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Coordinates testing plans and go-live activities; tracks test results.
• Conducts post-implementation analysis for process improvement.
• Serves as liaison between project teams, external clients, or other departments.
• Leads change management planning and activities.
