Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of related work experience in project management, program management, or a related discipline.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, enterprise-level projects spanning multiple functions and customers.
• Gather, translate, and execute requirements across programs.
• Build and lead cross-functional project teams aligned to goals.
• Collaborate with customers from requirements gathering to product acceptance.
• Establish milestones, goals, and performance expectations with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, KPIs, and risk-management plans.
• Provide leadership and motivation to project teams to achieve objectives.
• Communicate program status and risks to leadership and sponsors.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost control across programs.
