Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Sr Strategy Principal Engineer to lead multiple design teams from concept through production. You will consult on product design architectures, assess technical requirements during quoting, and oversee design progressions across programs.

The role requires deep expertise in engineering and the ability to drive platform architectures in collaboration with senior technical staff. Strong leadership across local and remote teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; MBA a plus.
• 15+ years (Bachelors) / 8+ years (Masters) of related experience.
• Promoted to Principal Engineer for at least one year; lead platform/product architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple design teams through full product development to production.
• Represent Engineering Services in technical customer discussions/meetings.
• Guide DOE, CPK, and Gage R&R analyses for strategic projects.
• Develop and implement platform and product architectures with senior staff.
• Lead development of system component requirements and interfaces.
