Standard Process Inc. is seeking a Senior Portfolio Manager to oversee the enterprise portfolio of strategic initiatives from approval to implementation.

You will partner with executive leadership and business units to govern prioritization, resource alignment, and execution, ensuring initiatives are resourced and transitioned to operations. This role requires 7+ years in portfolio or program management, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• 7+ years of portfolio or project management experience.
• Experience with cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred; PMI certifications recommended.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer the enterprise portfolio of strategic initiatives and projects.
• Provide governance, prioritization, and reporting for the portfolio.
• Coordinate with sponsors and leaders to set scope, timelines, and success metrics.
• Develop executive-level portfolio dashboards and performance reporting.
• Support transition from project teams into operational ownership.
