Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; equivalent experience not accepted.
• 10+ years of technology, enterprise account strategy, or technical consulting.
• Trusted advisor to guide technical teams and drive measurable business value.
• Understanding of large-scale enterprise platforms and system integration.
• Strong organizational skills and experience with Agile software development practices.
• Willingness to travel ~20% annually for in-person engagements.

• Govern Account Strategy: translate customer goals into actionable roadmap plans and drive executive execution.
• Drive Platform Adoption: enable customers to build, manage, and scale Appian applications.
• Mitigate Portfolio Risk: monitor account health and address risks to enable long-term growth.
• Formulate Value Cases: identify expansion opportunities and present data-backed business cases.
• Advise Executive Leadership: communicate with engineering teams and C-level executives to align tech with strategy.
• Architect Process Improvement: propose AI-powered solutions to drive efficiency.
