Qualifications

• Two or more years troubleshooting voice or data issues with end-users and related communication experience.
• Two or more years of technical writing, creating business processes and maintaining documentation for end-users and project management.
• Knowledge of internet protocol, PRI or T1 Trunking, Ping or Trace route and ticketing systems; experience with Salesforce; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead process alignments to complete complex order management projects.
• Ensure adherence to order management processes and policies.
• Resolve complex issues related to orders, initiatives or projects; support sellers and boundary partners.
