You will work with clients and internal teams in an in-person and digital setting to facilitate successful order lifecycles.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of troubleshooting, technical writing, and experience with Salesforce, ticketing systems, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Two or more years troubleshooting voice or data issues with end-users.
• Two or more years of technical writing and documenting business processes for end-users and projects.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with Salesforce and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead order implementation projects and align processes across teams.
• Coordinate solution initiatives and resolve client issues in order management.
• Ensure adherence to order management processes and policies.
• Support sellers with order implementation assistance and inquiries.
