Job summary

Xcel Energy is seeking an experienced Business Integration Consultant to align processes, data, and systems across business units. You will design, implement, and govern enterprise solutions, while guiding change management and stakeholder collaboration to achieve continuous improvement.

You will lead one or more initiatives, coordinate with diverse teams, and deliver training and strategic recommendations to optimize workflow across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Five years of related business/ERP experience or SAP/equivalent ERP/core systems implementation.
• Deep knowledge of business process solutions enabled by technology.
• Ability to communicate with diverse audiences and analyze complex business scenarios.
• Leadership, change management and program/project management experience.
• Experience integrating new technologies and process improvements.
• Proven success gaining cross-functional consensus on large initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Business Integration: primary owner of processes, data, reports, testing, training and liaison between business units.
• Business Process Design, Data Management, and Governance: enforce change controls and design rules to meet compliance and needs.
• Value Realization: track process effectiveness and lead teams using data to close performance gaps.
• Demand Management & Prioritization: facilitate opportunity selection and capture end-user requirements.
• Project Management: design solutions and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Training, Education and Effective Communication: lead training and support change adoption.
• Strategic consultation for integrated workflow design across the business unit.
