Xcel Energy is seeking an Associate Engagement Manager in Minnesota to lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of the One Xcel Energy Way Operating System within the assigned business area. You will coach teams, analyze issues, and implement process improvements across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of related business experience.
• Experience in change management or program/project management is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and maintenance of the One Xcel Energy Way OS within the assigned area.
• Coach teams to analyze, define, and implement solutions.
• Communicate status and build relationships from frontline to senior leadership.
• Conduct continuous improvement projects using PDCA/A3 methodologies.
• Support metrics, budgeting, forecasting, and project savings implications.
• Provide financial management of projects including budgeting and actuals tracking.
