Job summary

AcuityMD is seeking a Senior Program Manager in Beaverton to own end-to-end delivery for our largest customers. You will coordinate with sales, solutions engineering, and customer success to ensure a cohesive, high-impact implementation experience.

Responsibilities include guiding transformation plans, managing scope and schedules, and partnering with engineering to enable integrations. This role drives long-term success and revenue growth while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of customer-facing experience.
• 5+ years leading large-scale customer implementations in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic customers throughout their implementation journeys.
• Partner with account executives and solution engineering to scope, price, and position services for implementation and ongoing success.
• Develop and own joint transformation plans to adopt, scale, and govern AI-powered workflows within the AcuityMD platform.
• Manage implementation programs, lead setup/configuration/testing, and coordinate resources for on-time delivery.
• Escalate issues and coordinate resources to achieve timely resolutions and positive margins.
