Job summary

Movemedical is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of enterprise client implementations, from kickoff to go-live. You will maintain program status reporting, timelines, and risk/issue tracking while communicating clearly with clients and internal teams.

In this role you’ll lead cross-functional collaboration with Professional Services, Support, and Product teams, build fluency in inventory and clinical workflows, and push proactively on risks to keep engagements on track.

Qualifications

• Experience as a project manager inside a medical device or clinical organization, running large ERP or supply-chain implementations.
• Track record of end-to-end programs with scope, timeline, and risk-tracking discipline.
• Ability to adapt PM processes to a fast-moving, less formal environment.
• Willingness to travel up to ~25% as needed for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned client implementation programs, from kickoff through go-live.
• Run and maintain program status reporting, timelines, and risk/issue tracking with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client program stakeholders, representing Movemedical with rigor and professionalism.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Professional Services, Support, and Product teams to keep implementations on track.
• Build fluency in client-side inventory, supply chain, and clinical workflows to be credible with stakeholders.
• Elevate risks and blockers proactively and assertively, with or without permission.
• Contribute to maturing Movemedical’s PM processes and standards over time.
