Job summary

Sierra in San Francisco is seeking an experienced Event Marketing Leader to shape our presence at industry conferences and enterprise events. You’ll own the third-party event portfolio, design high‑impact experiences, and craft the on‑site narrative that tells the Sierra story.

Collaborating with Sales, you will build pre‑event targeting, enablement, and post‑event follow‑ups to turn conversations into opportunities, while measuring results and iterating across a nationwide or international

Qualifications

• 5+ years of event marketing experience planning and executing corporate events.
• Strategic track record building event programs that drive measurable pipeline.
• Experience designing event formats and developing content and messaging for senior audiences.
• Strong partnership with Sales to build targeting, enablement, and follow-up.
• Proven ability to manage producers, agencies, vendors, and sponsorship relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build Sierra’s third‑party event portfolio across key verticals.
• Program high‑impact event experiences (roundtables, panels, fireside chats, field events).
• Own sales enablement for events: pre‑event targeting, outreach, materials, and post‑event templates.
• Think in integrated campaigns connecting events to broader demand gen and ABM.
• Measure event performance and iterate programs based on feedback.
