Job summary

Arena Intelligence, Inc. is seeking an Event/Field Marketing Manager to bring our presence to life in person across the SF Bay Area.

You will own the events program, from community meetups to major conferences, driving brand awareness and pipeline with a hands-on approach. Collaborating across Marketing, Community, Research, Comms, and Partnerships, you will turn our online credibility into valuable offline relationships and experiences for researchers, developers, and enterprise teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or experiential marketing.
• Based in SF Bay Area or willing to relocate and work on-site.
• Proven track record planning and executing diverse events on time and within budget.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, venues, and contracts with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own event and field marketing strategy, calendar, budget, and goals for brand awareness and pipeline.
• Plan and run Arena-hosted events end to end (meetups, conferences, dinners, workshops).
• Lead presence at AI conferences, sponsorships, booths, side events, speaking slots, on-site coordination.
• Create repeatable playbooks for event planning, vendor selection, and post-event follow-up.
• Align events with product launches and campaigns with cross-functional partners.
• Identify target accounts and labs for events; design experiences to advance relationships.
• Translate methodology and community into accessible event content (talks, demos, on-site experiences).
• Manage budgets, contracts, vendors, venues, swag, and travel logistics.
• Capture and repurpose event content in coordination with Comms and Community.
• Define and track success metrics (attendance quality, activation, pipeline, sentiment).
