Job summary
Siemens is seeking an Engagement Manager to shape and govern customer engagements across ICX, SLC, Mendix, and other offerings. You will translate discovery into executable services engagements, build trusted executive relationships, and protect delivery and commercial integrity while expanding the services pipeline.
You will lead cross-functional teams, develop scope and governance, and ensure successful outcomes across industries and high-stakes environments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in professional services, consulting, or enterprise software.
- Experience shaping and governing complex engagements from discovery to delivery.
- Strong commercial acumen: estimation, pricing, forecasting, risk.
- Executive facilitation skills to align executives and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead structured discovery and define engagement models with clear scope and governance.
- Orchestrate Siemens and partner expertise to create integrated solutions.
- Develop defensible estimates, schedules, and staffing models.
- Bridge Sales and Delivery with disciplined handover and governance cadence.
- Ensure growth through expansion opportunities and lessons learned.
