Job summary

Siemens is seeking an Engagement Manager to shape, qualify and govern customer engagements across ICX, SLC, Mendix, and other Siemens Digital Industries Software offerings. You will connect customer priorities to Siemens capabilities, manage an end-to-end engagement lifecycle, and collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects and Delivery leaders to drive value and growth.

You will lead structured discovery, define engagement models, and ensure governance, risk management and commercial alignment

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across professional services, consulting, enterprise software or services sales.
• Ability to lead cross-functional pursuits from discovery through proposal, contracting and delivery governance.

Responsibilities

• Shape and govern customer engagements to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Lead engagement lifecycle from discovery to executive governance and delivery.
• Coordinate Siemens and partner expertise to define integrated solutions.
