Siemens is seeking an Engagement Manager to shape, qualify and govern customer engagements delivering measurable outcomes across ICX, SLC, Mendix and related offerings. You’ll translate priorities into executable services, build trusted executive relationships and steer governance from discovery through mobilization and executive reviews.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience across professional services, consulting, enterprise software, solution delivery or services sales.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional pursuits from discovery through proposal, contracting, mobilization and delivery governance.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including estimation, pricing, forecasting, margin awareness and risk management.
• Executive-level communication and facilitation skills to influence decisions and manage expectations.
• Experience coordinating global and partner-enabled delivery teams across multiple priorities and boundaries.
• Ability to define clear outcomes, scope, assumptions, dependencies, acceptance criteria and governance for software-enabled transformations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, CS, engineering, mathematics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel across customer locations and time zones as required.
