Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering enterprise software or digital transformation solutions.
• Ability to lead solution definition through build, integration, testing, deployment, and transition to operations.
• Strong architecture skills across applications, data, integrations, workflows, security, and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business processes and outcomes into clear solution designs, implementation guidance, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience governing technical scope, design decisions, risks, dependencies, and change across customer, partner, and distributed delivery teams.
• Excellent workshop facilitation, presentation, written communication, and executive-level technical storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and define end-to-end architecture across Siemens and customer capabilities.
• Govern architecture documents, specs, data models, and implementation guidance.
• Provide day-to-day technical direction to consultants, data/AI specialists, and QA teams.
• Coordinate activities across build, data migration, testing, deployment, and transition to operations.
• Lead design reviews and ensure decisions align with approved architecture and outcomes.
• Support pursuit shaping, architecture patterns, and reusable templates.
