Job summary

Siemens AG is seeking an Engagement Manager to shape and govern complex, multi-product services engagements across industries. You will lead the end-to-end engagement lifecycle, from discovery through mobilization and governance, building trusted relationships with executives and steering cross-functional teams across Siemens and partner networks.

You will oversee structured discovery, defensible estimates, and risk mitigation, ensuring commercial viability while expanding the services pipeline

Qualifications

• 10+ years in professional services, consulting, enterprise software, solution delivery, customer success or services sales.
• Ability to shape and govern complex engagements from discovery to delivery governance.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen including estimation, pricing, contracting models, forecasting and margin awareness.
• Executive-level communication and facilitation skills to influence decisions across stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating global and partner-enabled delivery teams across multiple priorities and boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Professional Services component of account plans across an assigned portfolio of customers and industries.
• Identify, shape and prioritize services opportunities with Sales, Presales, Solution Architects and Delivery leaders.
• Translate customer priorities into integrated solutions and engagement models with defensible estimates, schedules and staffing.
• Engage Legal, Finance, Commercial, Product and leadership stakeholders for non-standard terms or elevated risk.
• Ensure proposals are commercially viable and structured to balance customer value with delivery risk.
