Job summary

Qualifications

• Five+ years of ER and interview experience.
• Three+ years managing HR/ER team and processes.
• SPHR or PHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interface with state and federal agencies and direct ER activities for compliance.
• Advise senior leadership and HR peers on ER matters and provide training updates.
• Support ER investigations and ensure investigators are well trained in procedures.
• Manage ER investigations, Code of Conduct violations, and disciplinary actions.
• Prepare ER compliance metrics and present to senior leaders.
• Develop and deliver employee compliance training on workplace laws.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to enhance engagement and culture.
• Interpret and update HR policies and guide HR team accordingly.
• Support severance programs and related documentation for legal review.
