Job summary

Vistra Corporate Services Company in Irving, Texas is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to lead ER investigations, policy guidance, and training initiatives across the organization.

The role partners with senior leadership to ensure compliant ER practices, develop training programs on Civil Treatment, ADA, FMLA, and other workplace laws, and drive engagement and retention through strategic HR collaboration.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of ER and interview experience required.
• Three or more years managing an HR/ER team and processes.
• Labor and employment law knowledge and HR trend awareness.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills at all levels of the company.
• Occasional travel will be required.

Responsibilities

• Interface with state and federal agencies to ensure ER compliance.
• Advise leadership and HR peers on ER matters and provide training updates.
• Support ER field investigations with trained investigators and procedures.
• Manage ER investigations including Code of Conduct violations and documentation.
• Prepare ER compliance metrics for senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver employee compliance training on Civil Rights, ADA, FMLA, etc.
• Collaborate with HR to implement trainings enhancing engagement and retention.
• Interpret and update HR policies for the HR team guidance.
• Support severance programs and related documentation for legal review.
