Trustpilot, Inc. is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of strategic, enterprise customers. You will lead onboarding, drive product adoption, and secure measurable executive-level outcomes across large organizations.

You will partner with Account Managers, Product and Marketing to ensure customer health, renewals, and advocacy, while leveraging data insights to uncover expansion opportunities and strategic risks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management for Enterprise or Strategic customers.
• Proven ability to drive product adoption and high-value retention.
• Technically proficient guiding complex setups and integrations.
• Excellent communication and executive relationship-building across C-suite.
• Comfort with large data sets to identify trends and expansion opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and setup across multi-stakeholder environments to accelerate product adoption.
• Drive measurable business adoption and deliver results to executive sponsors.
• Maintain high health and renewal rates by proactive risk management and strategic recovery plans.
• Drive customer advocacy and identify case studies from flagship accounts.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay enterprise feedback and roadmap insights.
