Job summary

ServiceNow seeks a Customer Success Executive in the United States to lead post-sales transformation for top accounts. You will align ServiceNow offerings with customer goals and drive renewals while partnering with executives to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will collaborate with Account Executives to craft integrated pre- and post-sales strategies, manage risk, and drive adoption, health, renewals and expansion across a global customer base.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale digital business transformations for enterprise clients.
• Proven governance, strategy, and execution across cross-functional teams.
• Track record of delivering value in complex, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute post-sales transformation for strategic accounts, aligning ServiceNow offerings with customer goals.
• Partner with Account Executives to drive integrated pre- and post-sales strategies and renewals.
• Identify risks early and collaborate with customers and internal teams to realize value.
• Guide KPIs (adoption, technical health, renewals, satisfaction, expansion) and align roadmaps.
