With Coder, enterprises can evolve to AI-assisted workflows while maintaining security and compliance. As a Senior Customer Success Manager in the United States, you will guide onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion

Qualifications

Experience managing enterprise accounts and driving adoption, retention and expansion.
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, DevOps, developer tools, CI/CD, and SDLC.
Experience guiding onboarding and deployments in SaaS or self-hosted environments.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce and other CS platforms.
Strong relationships with executive, business, and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own onboarding and rollout plans for new customers; coordinate with Sales and Solutions for a smooth implementation.
Remove barriers to adoption to help customers achieve outcomes quickly.
Engage with customers to understand goals, challenges, and use cases; provide tailored guidance.
Own the account's technical success plan and track progress toward outcomes.
Guide admins on deployment readiness, troubleshooting, and coordination for complex issues.
Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales on upsell/cross-sell motions.
Oversee renewals and forecasting to ensure timely commitments.
Serve as primary contact for inquiries and escalations, collaborating with teams to resolve them.
Monitor customer health and usage and report on technical risks and progress.
