Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own and cultivate senior-level relationships with enterprise clients as their primary strategic partner.
• Develop adoption strategies and guide clients from onboarding to long-term engagement.
• Lead QBRs and growth planning to reinforce BN’s role as a long-term partner.
• Direct cross-functional teams to ensure flawless delivery and defined success metrics.
• Monitor platform usage and identify adoption gaps to close them with targeted plans.
