Qualifications

• 6+ years in a client-facing role within marketing, advertising, social media, or SaaS platforms.
• Proven ability to grow and retain enterprise accounts.
• Strong strategic thinking to translate client needs into platform solutions.
• Advanced stakeholder management across enterprise organizations.
• Proficiency with Asana and Jira for project management.

Responsibilities

• Own and cultivate senior-level relationships with key enterprise clients, acting as their primary strategic partner and trusted advisor.
• Develop and execute customized adoption strategies that guide clients from onboarding through full platform integration and long-term engagement.
• Lead QBRs, growth planning sessions, and program maturity conversations that reinforce BN’s role as an indispensable long-term partner.
• Direct cross-functional teams to execute complex programs, managing multiple workstreams and ensuring flawless delivery.
